I am a member of both The Institute of Life Coaching and The Institute of Career Guidance. My work background has included careers advice, recruitment management and account management. Throughout my professional career I have worked in a variety of sectors in the UK , Europe and Australia . These include government agencies, print and digital media, charities and large blue chip organisations.
I provide Life Coaching in Brighton, Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex. My work and life experiences together with my professional skills as a Life Coach have enabled me to provide successful coaching for personal development, professional development, business & executive, health & wellbeing and relationships.
Life Coaching focuses on the present and the future and helps you determine, achieve and sustain your personal goals. Life Coaching helps you manifest abundance in your life. Wanting to make a change or changes in your life is important, but there is no substitute for action. Life Coaching helps you to establish and acknowledge what you want and then put this into practice using practical actions, step by step, creating a natural rhythm of change.
